I am also a trained life coach to help support young adults exiting out of the care system. Life coaching is a very different experience to counselling but some people find it helpful to set goals for their future and I can support you in this. You can do this in its own right or you may wish to have a few sessions of counselling first. Sometimes after a period of counselling, a few sessions of life coaching can provide a fluid transition back into life. I use the TGROW method, which means we look for themes in your life you're looking to change, set achievable goals, work through options available to you and how you can increase the chances of seeing them through.
